Job Experience and Skills Required:

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive success operating within a full-function corporate finance or accounting environment.
- Previous leadership exposure within a supervisory position is highly preferred; experience navigating the fast-paced security sector is distinct advantage.
- Highly advanced operational capabilities utilizing modern accounting software suites and sophisticated Microsoft Excel functions.
- Exceptional team management capabilities, a deadline-driven work ethic, absolute ethical discretion, and the resilience to lead under corporate pressure.
