🔧 About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Feed Mill Supervisor / Operator to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing feed production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the efficient operation of the feed mill.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular quality control checks on feed, ensuring ingredient accuracy and product consistency

Manufacture feed according to established formulas and quality standards

Supervise staff and ensure all duties are carried out according to procedures

Troubleshoot production issues and equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency

📚 Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent (NQF 4)

Experience:

At least 1 year supervisory experience (advantageous)

Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment (advantageous)
