What Youll Do
  • Engage professionally with clients (internal & external) regarding new applications, amendments, and queries.
  • Accurately update databases and capture client information.
  • Handle inbound queries on insurance products, services, claims, and policy changes.
  • Assist walk-in clients with their needs in a friendly, efficient manner.
  • Provide back-office administrative support to the brokerage team.
  • Conduct cold calling of new prospects from the office to support business development.
What Were Looking For
  • Matric (Grade 12) essential.
  • Strong communication skills in Afrikaans & English.
  • Advanced computer literacy (MS Office & databases).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional, client-service orientated, and detail-driven.
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Experience in short-term insurance advantageous but not essential.
