Electrical Engineer – Building Services

This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that surpass industry best practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies and cost engineering analyses, including return on investment assessments.

• Design MV & LV infrastructure, including standby power solutions.
• Develop bespoke and façade lighting solutions.
• Implement energy and building management systems, including metering solutions.
• Integrate renewable energy systems into building designs.
• Design digital infrastructure and security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
• Develop life protection systems, such as smoke detection and public address systems.
• Create lighting control and automation solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical and electronic building services design.
• Proficiency in design software relevant to electrical engineering.
• Strong understanding of energy-efficient technologies and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
