Location: Strand, Western Cape (Remote with site and office visits as required)
Salary: R15,000 R20,000

A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Tender Admin Specialist to manage tender processes within the protective clothing and safety equipment industry. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with strong administrative ability, industry knowledge, and excellent organisational skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the protective clothing and safety equipment industry
  • Strong knowledge of PPE and agricultural equipment suppliers and products
  • Matric / Grade 12 essential
  • Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, compile, and submit tenders accurately and timeously
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and documentation standards
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Track submission performance, deadlines, and processing volumes
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and site contacts as required
