Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
  • Previous experience in logistics, transport, fleet management, or automotive admin will be advantageous
  • Minimum 12 years experience in administration, reception, or customer service
  • Strong computer literacy Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle incoming calls, emails, and bookings efficiently
  • Well-spoken, confident, and easily understood over the phone
  • Willingness to work shifts aligned with drivers schedules

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls to assist customers with new bookings or updating existing bookings
  • Process bookings received via email and capture all required information accurately
  • Maintain and file all vehicle-related paperwork and records
  • Provide front-line reception support to walk-in customers and clients
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to deliver excellent service
Shifts: 4:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 00:00

Salary: R10 000 R12 000 (after deductions), depending on experience
