Minimum Requirements- Matric / NQF4 qualification
- Relevant completed qualification (advantageous)
- Computer literacy (Basic Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook)
- 12 years experience in a front office/receptionist role
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Professional, well-presented demeanour (first point of contact for clients & service providers)
- Reliable transport arrangements
- Working hours: 08h00 16h30 | Monday to Friday
- Maintain reports and meet deadlines
- Keep staff attendance records updated
- Update extension and cell phone lists monthly
- Dispatch overnight items promptly
- Assist with overflow administrative duties as required
- Answer internal and external calls professionally
- Welcome and attend to visitors promptly
- Always deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure reception and showroom areas remain tidy and presentable
- Manage stationery supplies
- Perform additional tasks/responsibilities as assigned
