Our client is a leading provider of Employee Recognition and Rewards Solutions Software is expanding into a new market and is looking to recruit a driven B2B Sales Consultant with experience selling software solutions, to join their dynamic team.

You will be required to:

  • Identify and engage prospective business clients through networking, cold outreach, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client pain points and present tailored software solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer success) to optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to position their solution effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

You will need the following for your application to be considered:

  • Proven track record in B2B software sales, preferably in SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of software solutions and their business impact.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
