Medical Aid Broker

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on medical aid plans and healthcare benefits
• Assess clients’ healthcare and financial needs to recommend suitable solutions
• Assist with policy applications, claims, and general client queries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay up to date with industry regulations, medical aid schemes, and financial products
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) – REQUIRED
• RE5 Qualification (advantageous)
• Experience in medical aid sales, financial advisory, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of medical aid schemes, regulations, and financial services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Own transport and valid driver’s license (advantageous)
• Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 per month
