Key Responsibilities- Supervise inline and final inspections on the production floor
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, inspection records, and audit reports
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Ensure product consistency across all production stages
- Support adherence to internal and customer quality requirements
- Proven experience in QA/QC within the textile industry
- Strong fabric and textile product knowledge
- Excellent understanding of colours, shades, and defect identification
- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
- Experience in maintaining quality records and reports
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong supervisory and hands-on approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
