Document and Records Management Systems Administrator (12 Months Contract)

Hands-on experience with EDRMS/DRMS/DMS/RMS/ECM systems:
- Implementation, configuration, and administration of these systems
- Knowledge of metadata structures, taxonomies, and classification schemes
- Experience in managing electronic records lifecycle (creation, storage, retrieval, archiving, disposal)
System Integration & Migration:
- Migrating records from legacy systems to modern platforms
- Integrating document management systems with other enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR systems)
- Familiarity with records management standards
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies for records retention and disposal
- User & Stakeholder Engagement
- Training end-users on system functionality and best practices
- Supporting change management during system rollouts
- Liaising with IT teams, records managers, and business units
Technical Skills:
- Experience with platforms such as SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum, Alfresco, or similar ECM tools
- Understanding of workflow automation, version control, and access permissions
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance
Project Experience:
- Participation in large-scale document/records management projects
- Preparing documentation, reports, and audits related to records management
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within compliance frameworks
