- Strong knowledge of Java Design Patterns
Spring Boot and related frameworks:
- Spring Core
- Spring REST
- Spring Data JPA
- Hibernate
- Spring Security
Architecture and Integration:
- Microservices architecture and design patterns
- Apache Kafka / MQ
- RESTful APIs
Database:
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar RDBMS
Cloud and DevOps:
- AWS and/or Azure
- CI/CD pipelines
- Docker and Kubernetes (working knowledge)
- Git and Maven
Quality and Governance:
- SonarQube or similar code quality tools
- Strong focus on clean, secure, and maintainable code

- Proven experience leading technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A leader who can balance strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery
