Chief Financial Officer - Gauteng, Afrikaans speaking

Duties:

• Driving the financial vision and strategy of the business, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives.
• Leading all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting that informs real business decisions.
• Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Boardproviding clear, data-driven insights that unlock opportunities and manage risk.
• Ensuring best-in-class compliance with IFRS/GAAP, tax, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of governance.
• Managing cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies to support operational efficiency and expansion.
• Strengthening internal controls, audit processes, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Building and leading a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability, growth, and excellence.

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• (CA(SA), CPA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• At least 5 years experience operating at CFO / Finance Director level within FMCG or Manufacturing (R300m+ turnover environment).
• A proven track record of shaping financial strategy and delivering measurable business results.
• Deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.
