Are you detail-oriented with a knack for numbers and accuracy? We’re looking for a Payments Clerk to join our Finance team in Cape Town.

Department: Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading daily payments onto the AJS system.
  • Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality when processing financial information.
  • Managing work volumes effectively while maintaining high service delivery standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (banking experience would be advantageous).
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficient in AJS, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and file directory systems.
  • Skills & Qualities:
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric qualification.
  • Relevant work experience (advantageous).
  • Strong computer literacy.
