Project Manager
The role operates holistically across technology, operations, and business change, supporting execution at an enterprise level and reporting directly to the Chief of Staff.
Our successful Project Manager will- Translate executive and organisational priorities into executable project plans
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to support strategic initiatives
- Provide insight into sequencing, dependencies, and capacity
- Support data quality checks and validation of analytical outputs.
- Apply standard project management frameworks and governance
- Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure disciplined execution across IT and business workstreams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and smarter delivery approaches
- Encourage agile thinking and continuous improvement
- Engage executives, business leaders, IT, vendors, and external partners
- Facilitate workshops, steering meetings, and decision forums
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric, Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, formal Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification, or equivalent) (advantageous but not required), Change Management training (advantageous), 57 years experience managing both IT and business projects, Proven delivery of cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives, Experience working with senior leadership and executives, Exposure to project governance, financial tracking, and benefits realisation
