Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.Consult with customers to understand their operational needs and recommend suitable commercial and industrial cleaning equipment solutions.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, both on-site and at client premises, showcasing features, benefits, and return on investment.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders in a professional and timely manner.
Negotiate terms and successfully close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, pipeline activity, sales, and customer interactions using CRM systems.
Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to effectively position offerings in the market.
Represent the company brand professionally at all times during client visits, meetings, and industry events.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., service, logistics, and administration) to ensure seamless customer experience and after-sales support.
RequirementsValid drivers licence (essential) and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and product demonstrations.
Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience, preferably in B2B, technical, or equipment-related sales.
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a results-driven environment.
High level of professionalism, reliability, and personal accountability.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
