What Youll Do
- Welcome customers, manage front-desk enquiries, and ensure a professional first point of contact
- Operate the ERP and POS systems to process transactions accurately
- Receive and manage cash/card payments, issue receipts, and follow strict cash-handling protocols
- Balance cash at the start and end of day, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain secure financial records
- Manage incoming calls, direct queries, and provide general customer assistance
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area
- Conduct weekly stationery stock checks, place orders, and maintain supply levels
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by management
- Matric (essential)
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, or in a similar frontline role
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Professional, well-presented, and punctual
- High level of confidentiality and adherence to company procedures
