Engineering Manager

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and professional growth
• Define clear objectives, monitor team performance, and support succession planning while encouraging continuous skills development
• Oversee the entire engineering project lifecycle, including design, implementation, and delivery of structural, electrical, HVAC, and automation systems
• Review, approve, and standardize technical drawings, documentation, and project deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
• Develop, implement, and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance across all projects
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex projects, coordinating effectively with internal teams, contractors, and external partners

• 810 years of engineering experience, including 35 years in a management role leading engineering teams
• Proven success in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects in industrial or infrastructure sectors
• Strong technical leadership with excellent analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
• Experienced in mentoring and developing high-performing teams
• Solid understanding of electrical, automation, HVAC, and integrated third-party systems
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

• Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field
• Professional registration (or eligibility) advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of engineering governance, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams in project-driven environments
• Willingness to travel to operational or project sites as required
