This is a permanent position where you will play a key role in shaping and implementing tailored risk solutions by collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business owners, customers, and partners, to elicit and document both functional and non-functional requirements for new solutions.
• Design and facilitate the implementation of the correct business solutions, always keeping the client first.
• Develop and model solutions by creating use cases, activities, and sequence diagrams for the technical team.
• Identify and analyse problems with current solutions, providing innovative recommendations to positively impact the business.
• Create and maintain required repositories, including traceability and attribute matrices, using Enterprise Architect tools.
• Lead scrum ceremonies when a scrum master or product owner is unavailable.
• Provide specialist knowledge and leadership to others while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: An appropriate 3-4 year IT or Business qualification is mandatory.
• Experience: You must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Analysis and at least 5 years of experience in the insurance domain, specifically Short-Term Commercial.

Skills:

• Our client is looking for someone with strong emotional intelligence, business acumen, and a drive for results.
• You should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently and under pressure.
• IIBA membership or a CBAP certification would be a distinct advantage.
