Technical Sales Engineer

• Degree: Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering considered only with strong mineral processing experience)
• Experience: 510 years in technical sales, business development, or process engineering
• Proven ability to sell processing‑plant solutions, not just equipment
• Strong understanding of mineral processing principles, plant behaviour, and process flow
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into client value
• High technical credibility and strong problem‑solving ability
• Willingness to travel when required (Namibia, Northern Cape, Mpumalanga)

• Engage with clients to understand plant challenges and propose fit‑for‑purpose technical solutions
• Drive sales growth through strong technical insight and relationship‑building
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate solution development
• Represent the organisation professionally in client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
• Support strategic business development initiatives across the mineral processing sector
