As a Senior Sales Agent, you'll take ownership of face-to-face sales and product promotion, driving new business while representing a trusted digital brand. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys direct interaction, and wants to build a long-term career in professional sales.

• Proactively approach and engage potential customers through field and event activations.
• Present and promote digital products with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
• Qualify leads, handle objections effectively, and close sales consistently.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Represent the brand at activations, often during evenings and weekends.

• Matric certificate or higher qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct, field, or B2C sales (telecoms, insurance, or digital products preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High drive and ambition with a strong work ethic.
• Personable and authentic humans buy from humans.
• Adaptable yet disciplined, with a zero excuses mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and late afternoons (typical activations 46 PM).
