REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in lighting or electrical sales, lighting design consultation or decorative lighting retail
- Confidence in advising clients on the best lighting choices for different spaces and design styles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial lighting applications, fittings and LED solutions
- Training will be given on POS, CRM and quotation systems
- Valid SA driving license
- Visit client sites to assess spaces and recommend lighting that complements the layout, purpose and design of each project
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into sales
- Assist showroom customers with selecting decorative, architectural and functional lighting solutions
- Advise on ambient, task and accent lighting, energy-efficient options and suitable product combinations
- Build lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, electricians and repeat clients
- Maintain an inviting and well-presented showroom display
