Responsibilities:

• Test PCBAs and electronic assemblies (functional and in-circuit)
• Develop and maintain LabVIEW test scripts
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment and fixtures
• Support Test Engineers in improving test processes
• Troubleshoot failures and perform root cause analysis
• Document results and maintain test records
• Mentor Junior Technicians and Operators
• Ensure compliance with ESD, IPC, and ISO9001 standards
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams on test coverage
• Provide frontline support for test-related production issues

Required Skills and Experience:

• National Diploma or N3/N6 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in electronic manufacturing testing
• Proficient in developing test solutions using LabVIEW
• Strong fault-finding and component-level troubleshooting abilities
• Hands-on experience with test instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers)
• Solid understanding of PCBA and system-level testing processes
• Competent in reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams
• Familiar with ESD protocols and ISO9001 quality standards
