Key Responsibilities
Operations & Continuous Improvement- Develop and implement operational strategies
- Monitor manufacturing performance and supplier quality
- Drive continuous improvement and 5S initiatives
- Conduct time studies, benchmarking, and performance analysis
- Evaluate and improve processes, equipment, and tooling
- Support product industrialisation and change processes
- Analyse capacity and recommend staffing levels
- Track IE metrics and implement improvement plans
- Improve workflows, layouts, and production methods
- Reduce waste and optimise resource utilisation
- Implement systems to improve productivity and cost control
- Investigate issues and implement data-driven solutions
- Ensure projects meet time and cost targets

Requirements
Qualifications- Degree / B-Tech / National Diploma in Industrial Engineering
- 2 to 5 years relevant experience
- Six Sigma (advantageous)
- Military vehicle manufacturing experience (advantageous)
- Strong Excel and MS Office
- Basic Python or similar (advantageous)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving ability
