Our client is looking for a Receptionist and Personal Assistant to join their team.
Minimum requirements:
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Willing to work overtime (paid)
- Matric
- Experience in a similar role
- Drivers licence and own reliable transport
Duties will include:
- Handling incoming telephone calls and reception duties
- Assisting clients and managing general inquiries
- Providing personal assistant support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Performing general office administration tasks
- Coordinating functions and events as needed
- Typing, filing, and document management (liaison)
- Welcoming and attending to clients visiting the CEO
- Managing communication and correspondence in both Afrikaans and English
- Utilizing MS Word and Excel for administrative tasks
- Building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
- Applying effective problem-solving skills in daily tasks
Remuneration:
R13 000 - R15 000 CTC per month
