Receptionist / Personal Assistant to CEO - Bloemfontein

Our client is looking for a Receptionist and Personal Assistant to join their team.

Minimum requirements:

  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Willing to work overtime (paid)
  • Matric
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Drivers licence and own reliable transport

Duties will include:

  • Handling incoming telephone calls and reception duties
  • Assisting clients and managing general inquiries
  • Providing personal assistant support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  • Performing general office administration tasks
  • Coordinating functions and events as needed
  • Typing, filing, and document management (liaison)
  • Welcoming and attending to clients visiting the CEO
  • Managing communication and correspondence in both Afrikaans and English
  • Utilizing MS Word and Excel for administrative tasks
  • Building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
  • Applying effective problem-solving skills in daily tasks

Remuneration:

R13 000 - R15 000 CTC per month
