KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and oversee form-fill-seal (FFS) machines in terms of general operational maintenance.Carry out routine machine maintenance and repairs.
Troubleshoot mechanical or operational problems and minimise production downtime.
Supervise production staff and coordinate daily workflow the is the overall capacity supervision notindividual staff.
Monitor production output and help ensure targets are met.
Maintain product quality and production standardsAssist with general factory and packaging operations as required.
REQUIREMENTSProven hands-on experience operating form-fill-seal (FFS) machines.
Strong mechanical and technical ability.
Experience in a production or packaging environment.
Previous experience supervising staff and managing workflow.
Practical, reliable and willing to be hands-on.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Based in Paarl or surrounding areas.
