Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to the Key Accounts Manager and team
- Set up for customer meetings
- Order and control product samples for tradeshows and presentations
- Handle product queries and general correspondence
- Type and distribute meeting minutes, deal sheets, and allocations
- Prepare spreadsheets and support expense claim processes
- Update new store openings and liaise with the Advertising Agency
Requirements:
- Bachelorâs Degree
- Strong Excel and general computer skills
- Own transport and valid driverâs licence (trade visits required)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Good with figures and understanding of merchandising principles
