Admin Manager / Operations Manager Autobody - Gauteng, Northern Suburbs

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the business
• Lead and manage a team, ensuring performance standards are maintained
• Ensure efficient office operations and smooth workflow across departments
• Review, manage, and maintain contracts, legal documentation, and related records
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure service delivery compliance
• Coordinate and facilitate internal as well as external audit processes
• Administer and maintain operational, compliance, and reporting portals
• Assist with HR-related administration, including staff records, leave tracking, and policy compliance
• Perform finance-related administrative functions such as reconciliations, reporting, and basic financial oversight
• Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and legislative requirements are consistently followed
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and administrative processes

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience within the autobody / panel beating industry in an administrative or operational management capacity is essential
• Strong knowledge and experience working on TMS (Tracking/Management Systems)
• Sound understanding of Sage accounting software
• Audatex certification and/or practical experience required
• Demonstrated experience managing both workshop and office-based teams
