Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Operations, or a related field will be preferred.
  • Minimum of 35 years relevant experience in an Office Administration, Executive Assistant, Office Management, Project Coordination, or Business Support role.
  • Proven experience providing administrative and operational support to senior management or executive teams.
  • Exposure to analytical reporting, business analysis, and project coordination activities.
  • Advanced computer literacy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and numerical aptitude, with the ability to interpret and present information effectively.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with excellent follow-up and execution skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms will be advantageous.
