Civil / Structural Design Engineer

Overview

One engineer will be assigned per site.

• Review civil designs including earthworks, piling, platforms, and structural load assessments.
• Approve geotechnical inputs, stormwater drainage designs, and IFC drawings.
• Ensure designs are robust, safe, and constructible on site.

• Provide input on constructability and practical implementation of civil works.
• Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) processes, audits, and design reviews.
• Coordinate with EPC and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

• Liaise with mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to EPC teams and respond to site queries on civil and structural matters.
• Maintain records of reviewed drawings, approvals, and technical documentation.

• Produce technical reports, design review notes, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure civil and structural designs meet internal standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.

• BSc / BTech in Civil Engineering (Structural or Geotechnical focus preferred).
• Approximately 10 years experience in civil/structural design for infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
• Proven experience with earthworks, piling, structural platforms, stormwater design, and geotechnical integration.
• Proficiency in CAD, structural analysis, and civil design software.

• Strong knowledge of constructability, site supervision, and civil works integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently on site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with QMS procedures and project documentation standards.
