Senior Boilermaker / Fabrication Supervisor

Requirements:

• Trade qualification (Red Seal).
• At least 5 years experience as a Boilermaker in a lead position.
• Experience in managing large projects from start to completion.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Experience in mining industry fabrication projects advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Fabrication of jigs, cutting, shaping, welding, and assembling steel to construct and repair metal products and structures.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and other technical drawings to understand specifications and identify the materials required.
• Welding: Perform various welding techniques for assembling and repairing steel structures.
• Inspecting: Conduct regular inspections of steel structures for potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Compliance with Safety Standards: Adhere to all workplace safety norms and regulations.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in various welding techniques with a strong background in welding applications in a manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
