Our client is a fast-growing business looking for a central support function to work closely with leadership, sales, and operations. The company requires someone to ensure the business runs efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks, allowing leadership to focus on growth and execution.
The Role: Operations Coordinator
The purpose of this role is to act as a central support function across the business, working closely with leadership, sales, and operations to ensure efficiency and accountability. The main focus areas include keeping operational systems, documentation, and processes organized and up to date, while ensuring no sales opportunity, proposal, contract, or administrative task falls through the cracks.This role will suit someone early in their career who is eager to grow into a key operational role within a fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate sales administration and proposals.
- Manage contracts and client paperwork.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups.
- Administer the CRM and sales pipeline.
- Maintain and administer the ClickUp workspace.
- Create SOPs and document processes.
- Track actions and ensure accountability across teams.
- Support leadership with operational and administrative tasks.
- Demonstrates exceptional attitude, intelligence, organisation, drive, ownership, curiosity, and strong communication skills.
- Possesses strong administrative and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Shows highly organised, process-driven, proactive behavior and takes ownership without being asked.
- Learns fast, remains comfortable with change, and feels comfortable working across multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Communicates confidently and can work with senior stakeholders.
- Exhibits strong follow-through, accountability, and tech-savvy capabilities to learn new systems quickly.
- Holds an ideal background as an Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Sales Support Administrator, Business Support Coordinator, Agency Operations Coordinator, or Startup Operations Coordinator.
- Possesses experience with ClickUp, CRMs, Google Workspace, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), and startup or consulting environments, which would be advantageous.
