Duties- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multiâyear financial planning
- Produce regular performance reporting with clear drivers and insights
- Manage group and regional reporting in line with multinational timelines
- Partner closely with the MD and operational leadership
- Convert manufacturing and cost data into actionable commercial insight
- Monitor and support working capital performance
- Develop financial models to support strategic and scenario decisions
- Maintain compliance with group governance and reporting frameworks
- Build and strengthen FP&A capability within the finance team
Skills & Experience:
- BCom honours in an Accountingârelated field (Essential)
- Completed CIMA (Essential)
- 10+ years commercial finance experience
- Experience within a manufacturingâled environment
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager role
- Multinational or regional group reporting experience
- Strong ERP capability, with advanced Excel and BI exposure
