National Senior Certificate with Mathematics as a subject
Bookkeeping certificate or similar financial qualification
Minimum of 2 years experience in a creditors or bookkeeping role

Responsibilities:

Managing the supplier invoicing process
Performing accurate monthly reconciliation
Ensuring smooth flow of creditor-related transactions
Manage wages and salaries
Match invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders
Perform monthly creditors reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Maintain supplier accounts and assist with supplier queries
Assist with general administrative duties when required
