Job Description
Highly reputable automotive dealership need a confident, experienced individual to join their team!
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle stock, handling the related paperwork and financial transactions, and ensuring administrative and stock control processes are accurate and efficient.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate vehicle inventory records
- Managing vehicle movements
- Processing sales paperwork
- Invoicing
- Coordinating with sales and admin teams
- Compiling stock and sales reports.
Criteria:
- Matric/Grade 12
- 2-3 years experience in a similar stock or admin control role within a motor dealership.
- Proficiency with dealer management systems (e.g., CDK, Kerridge) and MS Excel.
- Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
