Wages, Sales & Quality Control Administrator

🕒 Wage Administration:

• Daily maintenance of the Ecotime Biometric Clocking System.
• Monitoring attendance, late arrivals, and absentees.
• Uploading time data into Sage VIP for wage processing.
• Administering UIF submissions and WCA claims.

🛒 Sales Administration:

• Assisting with customer sales order processing and supplier purchase orders.
• Generating and filing picking slips and invoices on Sage Evolution.
• Supporting the sales team with general admin tasks.

🧪 Quality Control Support:

• Capturing and filing data from factory process reports and QC paperwork.
• Managing temperature control data (Testo Saveris and Tiny Tag systems).
• Maintaining and updating food safety documentation as guided by the Quality Manager.
• Typing procedures, capturing product specs, training material, and liaising with service providers (e.g. pest control, temperature calibration labs).
• Printing, filing, and assisting with lab result documentation.

• Has experience or exposure to:
• Ecotime, Sage Evolution, and Sage VIP
• Temperature monitoring systems (Tiny Tag, Testo Saveris)
• WCA online claims
