Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties.You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with high-quality services that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties and identify any issues or potential problems.
- Respond to clients' requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and professional manner.
- Install and repair fixtures, equipment, and appliances.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary tools and supplies are available.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
