Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on industrial and manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Assist in assembling, wiring, and testing of control panels and electrical systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and electrical standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering and mechanical teams to support production and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with project documentation when required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician (Trade Tested Red Seal).
• Minimum 3 years experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and safety protocols.
• Experience with panel wiring, control systems, and fault finding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
