Dealership Vehicle Stock Controller - Gauteng, Northcliff

• Ensure all vehicle requirements are fulfilled for both sales and deliveries.
• Manage the process of bringing new and used vehicles into stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Oversee vehicle preparation, including PDI, reconditioning, accessory installation, photography, and valeting for sales or delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and stock levels of all vehicles.
• Foster strong working relationships with the sales team, workshop, service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise the vehicle readiness process to ensure seamless sales and deliveries.
• The role involves extensive hands-on tasks, with up to 90% of time spent driving, moving, and preparing vehicles.

Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification is essential.
• Valid Code 8 (EB) drivers license is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is a must.
• Prior experience in motor vehicle dealership operations, particularly as a Stock Controller, is highly advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships and work well within a team.
• Must be medically fit and have a clear criminal record.
• Residency in the Northern Suburbs or nearby areas is preferred.
• Own reliable transport is necessary due to early start and late finish times, making this a key requirement.
