Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent typing and email communication skills
  • Strong experience in agenda preparation and meeting coordination
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
  • Friendly, well-groomed, and professionally presented
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have a valid drivers licence
  • Own reliable vehicle in good working condition at all times.
