Boutique and Gallery Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in the boutique and art gallery with exceptional service.
- Drive retail sales by providing product knowledge and styling advice.
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organisation of the boutique and gallery space.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and ensure accurate cash-ups.
- Promote local artisans and exclusive lodge merchandise.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or gallery sales experience in a luxury or hospitality setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen and attention to detail.
- Neat, professional appearance and a friendly, guest-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literate (POS and stock systems experience beneficial).
- Passion for fashion, design, and/or local art will be advantageous.
