Junior to Intermediate Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that business needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable technical requirements. Youll be part of a collaborative, agile environment where your input will directly shape the solutions being developed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and software teams to align business objectives with technical solutions.
• Assist in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are well understood by developers and testers.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in software development).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
