Minimum requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
  • 6 years’ HR management experience, preferably in a senior or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices
  • Experience in agriculture is an advantage but not essential
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the full HR function, including recruitment, performance management, and talent development
  • Provide strategic and operational HR guidance to management and staff
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and best HR practices
  • Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  • Drive training, wellness, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage payroll coordination, HR administration, and workforce planning
  • Foster a positive organisational culture that supports growth and accountability
