Our client operates within the Hospitality and Stadia Division. They run events, functions, and hospitality operations based at Green Point.

The Role: Hospitality Operations Co-ordinator

The role exists to manage hospitality operations, conduct reporting, and provide hospitality project assistance within the Hospitality and Stadia Division. The position reports to the Hospitality Operations Manager and covers event execution, supplier coordination, and client management.

• Coordinate operations with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a hospitality environment.
• Execute pre-event walkabouts, pre-match day checks, production checks, and service management.
• Implement and manage suite and area checklists, branding maintenance, and stadium activations.
• Host and service guest and client needs, including meet-and-greet services.
• Coordinate and manage suppliers and services across catering, beverage, staffing, technical, security, and signage.
• Manage match day close-out and strike-out processes, supplier accreditation, and briefings.
• Produce match day checklists, pre- and post-match status reporting, post-match debriefs, and manage supplier penalties.
• Assist with all run events and functions.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospitality environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Project administration skills including planning, implementation, execution, and management.
• PC literacy in MS Office, strong administration skills, and excellent Excel and numeracy skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret spreadsheets, alongside analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, long hours, after hours, and weekends.
• Interpersonal skills, team player orientation, dynamic go-getter attitude, passion, and willingness to travel.
