Conveyancing Secretary Assistant /Reception - Brooklyn, Pretoria

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist with: Draft title transfers, including conventional and estate transfers.

Prepare transfer documentation, including deeds of transfer, consents, and related correspondence.
Conduct property searches and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Liaise with clients, banks, bond attorneys and the Deeds Office.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Maintain high attention to detail.
Provide support and updates to attorneys and clients throughout the transfer process.
Reception duties:

This will include taking messages, Receive and sign documents, basic reception duties and maintaining the reception area. Handle files, open files, make copies etc. Also required to help with general office/reception administration.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2+ years of experience as a Conveyancing Secretary and will also maintain the reception area.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Must be a keen team player.
