Master’s or Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (essential)
2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying or construction environment
Basic understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project lifecycle
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software
Valid driver’s licence
Assist with project cost estimations and budgeting
Support the preparation of tenders and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Monitor and track project costs and variations
Conduct site measurements and valuations
Assist in managing subcontractor accounts and payment certifications
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards
Strong numerical and analytical skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills

Minimum RequirementsMaster’s or Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (essential)

Willing and able to travel between sites
