Requirements:
- Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Previous experience as a Production Manager or in a senior production leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong production planning, scheduling, and workforce management experience.
- Experience managing production KPIs, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Refrigeration or COâ manufacturing experience will be advantageous.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and project delivery.
