Financial Manager

What you will be doing:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering accountability and excellence
• Oversee full financial management: accounting, reporting, compliance
• Drive profitability through cost control and revenue initiatives
• Prepare accurate monthly reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles with department heads
• Implement internal controls for cash handling, stock, and procurement
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory obligations, and IFRS standards
• Liaise with auditors, SARS, and financial institutions

What we are looking for:

• BCom Accounting or equivalent degree, CA(SA) preferred
• Minimum 5 years' post-article experience in financial management or senior accounting role
• Hospitality industry experience advantageous
• Proficient in Sage X3 and familiar with POS and Property Management systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
