  • Regulatory Compliance
  1. Risk Rating
  2. Verification
  3. Client file compilation
  • Continuous client management, meeting coordination, diary management.
  • General administrative support to Financial Advisors and Executives:
  1. Filing of documents
  2. File compilations
  3. Shredding of documents
  4. Rind-binding documents
  • New Business Submissions
  • Claims: Short-term Insurance claims, Long-term Insurance claims.
  • Death Claims: Long-term Insurance and Investment.
  • Withdrawals of Investment products: Full, partial, two-pot withdrawals.
  • Transfers: Section 14 Transfers, Section 37 Transfers.
  • Drafting and maintaining reports.
  • Drafting and maintaining registers: New Business, Prospective Clients, Reversals, Not Proceeded.
