Technical Competencies & Experience:

1. Create yearly budgets for investments and expenses, and make sure financial goals are carried out.
2. Create, carry out, and assess strategic initiatives aimed at addressing persistent and evolving business requirements for distributor and dealer markets.
3. Determine, assess, and carry out strategic initiatives aimed at addressing current and evolving business requirements.
4. Create pricing methods and company trading terms (business model) that maximize group profitability while generating market volume and value growth.
5. Make that the product complies with the HZA market (NRCS).
6. Create and oversee a comprehensive product plan
7. Assist operations and after-sales to make sure extra parts are ordered to support the introduction of new products.
8. Create spec sheet documentation and product launch communications in collaboration with marketing.
9. Provide training materials on all new product releases for representatives and internal employees.
